A formerly very ugly building in the Königsturmstraße advanced after the reconstruction and
the appropriate refurbishment to a stately building.
In this now representative building, the ground floor houses the offices of GEWE-Immobilien GmbH and GEWE-TEC GmbH as well as a doctor's office with access from the other side of the building.
Although the building has gained in value, it is hard to imagine which upgrades can be
found inside.
The spacious entrance area and the wide renovated wooden staircase lead to the individual apartments which have been equipped with modern facilities.
